OCA EVENT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!
A recent event organized by TASNO in partnership with the Ohio Cultural Allience (OCA) on “Turkish Immigration to the US” took place on the Jan 10, 2005, in Canfield, Ohio. The impact of the excellent presentation was obviated by the numerous questions of interest that came from the audience of more than 200 American people. The food was provided by Anatolia Cafe, decorative arrangements were done by TURA Rug Gallery, and music was played by Ali Ihsan Karamavruc.  Witnessing people's interest and curiosity about Turkey and traveling to Turkey was indeed a pleasure for all of us.  KURBAN BAYRAM CELEBRATED!         
Kurban Bayrami gathering was held at CWRU on January 23, 2005. Delicious homemade food was enjoyed by more than 50 people. TASNO gave little bayram gifts to the kids that were present at the event. We thank everybody who joined us at the get-together and are hoping to get the same energy and attendance in our future events. Read more...
